“Great view!”
Reviewed July 11, 2014

The location and the view is excellent! We stayed in an Inn close by and walked to the restaurant both times.
I must say finner was better than lunch. Having the best lobster roll the day before, this was not quite as tasty, but by all means good! My son had pizza, and it didn't taste homemade (the bread/dough) was hard as a bisquet).
We didn't make reservation for dinner, but still got a table in an other room (no ocean view). Very tasty and large portions! My Alfredo plate had lots of lobster, scallops and clams! Yum!

“Great Location”
Reviewed July 10, 2014

This restaurant is right on the water, with 3 sides of windows in the main dining room with a great view of the ocean. Our hotel recommended dinner reservations, even on that Tuesday night, and boy were they right, the place was packed. There was a big party in the dining room with us and the tables are pretty close together, so it was a bit noisy. The food took quite a while and we noticed other tables who had come in after us enjoying their meals long before us, however when the food arrived it was hot and tasted great especially for the price. The service was OKAY. The next day we decided to try again for lunch because it was the closest place to our hotel and very reasonably priced. This time we sat at the bar. We had a better experience understandably, it wasn't as crowded/noisy and the bartender was awesome. We had a couple of burgers which came out on time and were great! If we come to this area again we would definitely have another meal here.

“LOVE THE FOOD..BUT THE NOISE NOT SO MUCH”
Reviewed July 10, 2014

Finally dined here after hearing good things about the food.First thing however,is that the actual parking lot for this place holds about 6 cars. You have to park on the street which is narrow and congested at times. We had to circle the block before finding a parking place.Be prepared to walk. The dining area is right on the water, and immediately upon entering noticed how loud it was.The meals we had were delicious but as of this writing I forgot what we had.Sorry.This restaurant although having great food is not for couples looking to enjoy a quiet night out.Great view of the bay enhanced our experience as much as possible. We probably will not return as we enjoy quieter venues for dinner

“Great view and service, food not worthy”
Reviewed July 10, 2014

Dined here on a Wednesday with 3 adults and 4 children. Server- Kimberly -was excellent and very knowledgeable about my son's dining limitations due to celiac. She advised that the fries were not gf as they were made in a shared fryer and offered rice, veggie, etc as a sub. Wish I could say the food was worthy of the excellent service and beautiful view. My son did not eat his hamburger, it was charred to hockey puck status. The chicken fingers the other kids had were more breading than chicken and greasy. My husband and sister in law had the fish and chips- neither finished their plates, both said fish was over breaded and not good quality. I had a salad with grilled shrimp. For more than $20 I assumed the salad would be good- the shrimp was ok, salad greens were circa 1950, dressing overly sweet and cloying. No one in our party finished our meal. The decor was dated and overall we were disappointed and won't return.
