We made reservations 2 weeks in advance for our anniversary dinner, and mentioned that in our reservation. Also requested a table by the window. Our special dinner was never mentioned and we did not get the table. Our waiter was inattentive and appeared to be bothered that we were there. There was nothing wrong with our food, just not great. Sat on the main level and it was very noisy. Probably won't go back.

Reservations recommended. Perfect Bloody Mary's. Bay overlook was spectacular. Fine Eggs Benedict is hard to get.

The Mews delivers on food, ambiance, and great spirits. The upstairs area is host to Coffee House from November to April and the town's talent comes out every Monday to share their gifts which are abundant. I appreciate this year round establishment and while it is on the pricier side, the whole experience is well worth it.

This review is a little mixed. First the good - I started off with a smooth, ultimate vodka martini. This was followed by the miso lobster dumplings for an appetizer which was very good. For the entree, I had a salmon special on black rice with mole sauce - was an excellent fusion of flavors. Now for the not so good - my partner, who is vegetarian, felt there were fewer choices. Upon the server's recommendation, she tried the vegetable and polenta tower. She found this entree lacking any flavor or spices (basically vegetables and polenta with a plain marinara sauce) and wished she had tried something different instead (this might be a good entree for someone who shies away from spicy or flavorful foods). We both agreed that the dessert was delicious (chocolate cup and fruit crisp). The atmosphere was lively and the service was impeccable, and we would both dine here again (albeit with some different choices).
