The plase is small and sometimes you have to wait for a table but its so worth the wait. Amazing strawberry pancakes and home fries. Look forward to eating breakfast there every July!

The best...and one and only place for the best breakfast in Provincetown...Bar none! Standing room only every morning, but table turnover is amazing. Waiting time is minimal and well worth it! Locally owned for years. This family knows how to run a restaurant and provides quality food and customer service for all meal services. THE BEST! Waitresses friendly, accommodating and just plain nice. Food to table time very timely and waitresses make it all work. I can not say enough about this place in terms of food quality, preparation, friendliness and customer service. My guess is that this place has regulars and regulars, if you know what I mean!

The first time I went to Tips for Tops'n, it was a spur of the moment thing as we were passing it. It's charm just draws you in and keeps you there as you sit in the cozy benches, as the the natural light from the front windows brighten the room.
The people are so friendly. It's just a nice place to be.
Go with your family, go on a date, even go by yourself, and it'll be a great experience no matter what.
The prices are cheap, the food is GREAT, the servings are big, and it's really just a lovely expereince.
I go here every time I go into Provincetown. Seriously though, just try it once, and see for yourself.

Pretty cheap breakfast with a good selection. Great place for a quick lunch. I enjoy the fish sandwich and really good kale soup.

This family owned restaurant offers a quality breakfast at a good price. The food is simple, but tasty. I love the mushroom cheese omelete, which is the usual special, and the blueberry pancakes are delicious. Tips also serves outstanding home fries.
