Disappointing light dinner. The "italian sausage" in our white bean soup was anything but. The sausage , while cooked, had a very strange pinkish/reddish coloring and had more of the flavor and texture of bologna than pork sausage. Additionally, the soup was spoiled with a very, very heavy hand of salt The nicoise salads were well, and authentically, prepared but, regrettably, presented a challenge in trying to find the skimpy tuna portion. Will visit CH again in the future and explore their dinner menu offerings when we have more voracious appetites and, hopefully, a more favorable review consistent with their reputation will follow.
