We love to ride our bikes down Commercial Street. This is a must although it must be done with extreme caution. The road is shared by EVERYONE. Street is very congested and riding a bike although a pleasure can also be tricky. You get to see stores, galleries and antique store. Bring your own bike if you do not have one you can rent one on the commerical street bike shop. Enjoy

Added a visit to Provincetown to the list of places we could fit in in one weekend. Walked around town, had lunch, saw th ePilgrim's Monument. Great afternoon.

Girlfriend and I have been wanting to visit the cape for a while and found a spot in Yarmouth....big mistake not what cape should be....next day drove out to provincetown randomly:
Was exactly what we were looking for in the fall from the cape
Was very lively with tons of great food and great people. We stopped in to every spot we could to munch on something and look at something and took a nice long walk on the coast line.
Will be coming back here soon, and this time staying at inn within Provincetown
Perfect place if your looking for a fun atmosphere, with food and a beautiful view

You haven't been to PTown until you have experienced Commercial Streets bars, shops, restaurants and attractions. If you are looking for what's going on, this is the place to start.

Commercial Street in Provincetown is many things to all kinds of people. There are many wonderful places to eat, from restaurants to sidewalk stands. There is also a great variety of shops, most of which, predictably, exist primarily for the tourists. But there is also a deep sense of history if you look past the throngs of pedestrians. It is, after all, where the Pilgrims first made landfall before settling across the bay in Plymouth. We were there in October and so avoided the busier summer season, making for an easier stroll down the street. Lots of kitsch, but not to be missed.
