I rented for just one night, but Lynn was highly communicative and understanding with all my repetitive emails. Upon arrival, she gave me great info to get oriented and grab food and find an ATM. I stayed in the smaller single room with twin bed and shared bathroom. The AC was strong and the bed was comfortable. Simple, old Victorian vibe, but good. It was fairly priced, bathrooms were super spotless and would easily recommend based on the price alone. There's a 2nd floor patio and a main living room to hang out or where you'll have a continental breakfast in the morning. And because it's a smaller house, means less likelihood of extra oddballs at the breakfast table. Would definitely recommend if you're easy going and want to be near the main strip of galleries, restos and 7 minutes walk to the pier.
