I have stayed at the Inn at Cook Street a few times over the last four years. I was really impressed with how it has gotten even better than it was when I first went. My room was immaculate, and the amenities were more than ample including a great DVD selection and player in the room. The bedding is so fresh. I love the quilts and chocolates left on the pillows. And--the rooms have wireless connections (FREE!) which is another perk I appreciate.

The breakfast was generous, beautifully served and included everything I could have wished for including soy milk for my decaf coffee. Not every place pays that much attention to dietary needs.

It's clear to me that the owners are there to serve. I felt incredibly welcomed and attended to.

This is our fourth time back at The Inn at Cook Street. Doreen and Lisa are so warm and friendly, we feel like family every time we visit. This is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Provincetown.

The Inn at Cook Street is quiet, clean, comforatble and cozy - with very up to date accommodations. PERFECT!

No need to look into another Bed & Breakfast - this is the ONE!!! We can't wait to go back in the FALL.

This was our third visit to the Inn at Cook Street. This year we arrived for the first week in June. As Arizona residents, we were looking forward to cooler weather, and we were not disappointed. As usual the ambiance of the inn was impeccable. Doreen, Lisa, and John, are attentive to every detail and are so friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We always enjoy the delicious breakfasts every morning, plus the baked goodies that are available throughout the day. We always feel so comfortable and welcome here that it is like we are at our second home.

All the best that Provincetown has to offer is only a short walk away.
Visitors can be as busy or as relaxed as they want to be. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the garden, or sitting in the lovely living room and chatting with other guests. The only thing wrong was that our stay ended too soon! We always want to stay longer, and saying goodbye is never easy after staying at such a welcoming and comfortable place. We plan to return again next year and in the future. If you are considering a visit to Provincetown, we highly recommend the Inn at Cook Street. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at the Inn for 5 nights and had a very nice time. We stayed in The Retreat Room and loved it. The only thing was the bed was pretty firm, but that didn't bother us as much as we thought it would. The inn is very clean and quiet (which was very important to us). Lisa and Doreen were very helpful in pointing out places to go and eat. The breakfasts were delicious. Lisa happens to be a great baker! We would stay there again.

Second visit in six weeks - first time, our wedding, second a birthday. Wonderful atmosphere, super guests (which is something that can't be controlled, of course, but is indicative of the caliber of this Inn) relaxing, comfortable. Lisa, Doreen and John are great , and go out of their way to take care of guests.

We will definitely be back. (And that's a promise, not a threat!)
