Right on Commercial St but set back so you're buffered from the bustle. Lovely, comfortable room. Simple breakfast, ate outside on deck. Great spots to eat nearby and the Sage Lounge has delicious food & drinks.

Stayed at the Sage recently ,during Bear Week, and was truly pleased with it. Our room and the common areas were wonderful and the staff was charming and most accommodating. Being set back from the roadway was a blessing .I can’t say that we were ever bothered by noise from the roadway including the throngs.I would certainly come back.

We booked the Sage Inn having never been to Provincetown before. We wanted a place that was not too quaint but was close to the beach and was quiet. The Sage fit the bill nicely. It's a very clean establishment. The walls appeared to be very thin, however. Casual conversations can be heard from your room. The location of the Inn was perfect. We felt we were right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Short walk to dining, the beach, shops, etc.

Great location right in the center of Commercial Street, but set back so it is quiet. Room is just what you need for a few days away; nothing fancy, but comfy beds, good towels, air conditioned, fridge, clean. The breakfast is solid - yogurt, granola, fruit, breads. The desk folks are very nice. I took a Sunday salsa while there which was fun, though I was surprised it wasn't more crowded. Had a good drink at the bar. The lounge is nice. The menu looked like it had foodie options, but I did not eat there. I will def stay there again.

We just visited Sage Inn and can't say enough nice things about our stay. Our only negative, we couldn't stay longer! We did a quick one night in Provincetown and loved everything about it. Staying at Sage Inn put us right in the heart of downtown making it an easy walk to check out all there is to offer in P-Town. We also had the opportunity to eat in the lounge and were absolutely blow away by the food. Everything was so well done and the wine list was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay, we will certainly be back!

We only stayed one night but enjoyed the Sage Inn. Friendly staff, great location near ferry dock and town, good size room with a window and a good breakfast. They held our bags even though we had a late ferry.

Stayed here over a weekend in Provincetown. It's set back from Commercial street so you don't hear lots of noise from the crowds at night or during big events. The room was spacious and very clean. Ours had a mini fridge and lots of shelving and storage space. Air conditioned! Nice bed. Some rooms only have a sound panel between you and the neighbor so you might hear whats going on in the next room. You get your own bathroom, which is sometimes hard to find in accomodations in P-town. Its right in the center of town so you don't have long walks to anything. Rooms along one side have a great view of the Pilgrim's Monument. There is a nice bar/lounge area downstairs for late night snacking and drinks. Continental breakfast in the mornings from 8-10 was nothing special but it was adequate and it saves you the cost of at least one meal. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Early check in is available which made it easy to get in on the early ferry and not worry about what to do with your things or changing. Bike parking out back, and some space for a few cars. Outdoor seating area out front and on the second floor for relaxing. It was worth the price of the stay.
