My husband and I had the most fabulous, relaxing stay at this B&B. The place is clean, well appointed and very stylish. It is on a quiet street but within easy walking to downtown and the water. Our hosts Brandon and Steve were the BEST! Brandon is a former culinary chef so you can imagine how tasty the breakfasts were.....EVERYDAY! The bikes they have available are well maintained. Pool and hot tub a real treat and delight. The only negative is that they don't serve dinner......maybe in the future? We will definitely be back!!!!!

We are so pleased that you enjoyed the breakfast. As a chef-owned bed & breakfast, we take great pride in our breakfast. We offer local, organic produce and eggs, even our coffee bar includes local Wired Puppy coffee. We are also happy that you enjoyed the bikes; Provincetown is the perfect town to ride bicycles in. We hope you will come again soon, and enjoy the Cape in all four seasons!

I just came back from 8 Dyer for a getaway weekend with a friend. I will absolutely come back again and again. The property is close to town but on a quiet side street. Warm and welcoming with a very contemporary feel. The lobby, with its floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool, is unique in Provincetown. The beds, comforters, and sheets were all exceptional. The owners, Brandon and Stephen, are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was amazing since Brandon is a chef. I cannot say enough positive things about this place.

Room Tip: All of the rooms are either a king or queen sized bed. Room 8 is the only room where they can make...

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend (2 nights) at the Dyer Hotel and were impressed with the service, styling and amenities. The location is so great we never needed to move our car. It sat in the same spot our entire stay. The bikes they offered us were first rate (not cheap, junky rentals), the breakfast was awesome, the hot tub and pool were clean and luxurious, and our hosts always seemed to be in a good mood! We joked with them that we hoped they could keep up the level of service (they were only 10 days into their new ownership) but it was clear that they were enjoying themselves as much as we were. We assured them we would be back and I am literally counting the days!

My fiancé and I stayed at 8 Dyer this past weekend for Memorial Weekend. This is our 4th time staying at this wonderful place. We were sad to hear that Frank and Tim had sold the Inn but it is in great hands with the new owners Brandon and Steve. Brandon cooked the most amazing breakfast on the 3 mornings that we were there. It's one of our favorite things about the Inn! This place is great for a weekend getaway any time of year. In Summer, you can enjoy the fabulous pool and in Winter you can warm up in the spacious hot tub. Some of the rooms are on the smaller side but they are still very luxurious. We are looking forward to our next stay already. We would definitely recommend this place.

I spent a lovely 3 days at 8 Dyer mid May ( pre-season) 2013. Both frank and Tim are gorgeous people, interesting and natural hosts. The rooms are on the small side, but this is typical of Cape Cod, but more than make up for it, with cleanliness, crisp, boutique style and most rooms have a small private outside deck. Breakfasts are delicious... ask to try Tim's home made honey. Both are more than happy to help you find your way around and visit the restaurants best suited to what you want. Lovely people, and one of the nicest B&B's i have stayed in.

We were advised to stay at 8 Dyer by a good friend. They were so right. Don't bother to go anyplace else. The location is right in the heart of P town, yet off a little side street away from the noise. I woke up to Cardinals chirping. Very nice stay and time at 8 Dyer. Frank and Tim are charming hosts and we will be back for sure.
