Description: Victor's offers a delicious "small plates" dinner menu of New American cuisine, sized for tasting and sharing with friends and family.Dishes are served individually at their hottest, freshest, in an open, airy, light atmosphere. Our cottage-style restaurant, with its cathedral ceiling, central stone fireplace, and tables hand-crafted by owner Victor DePoalo gives diners a comfortable, yet elegant place to enjoy these delicacies. To delight our guests, excellent food is always paired with our warm, gracious service. Don’t miss Raw Bar Happy Hour with lovely fresh Wellfleet oysters, local clams, and shrimp for 99¢, all super fresh.

I was quite surprised by my dining experience at Victor's. Many highly recommend this restaurant as their top choice in Provincetown. I was very disappointed. The service and food were both mediocre at best. The place lacks the charm and character that its peers have in town. With restaurants like The Mews, Jimmy's Hideaway, Devons, etc., I prefer the charm of Provincetown rather than a restaurant that felt like it was out of a strip mall. The menu is diverse but the nothing we ate was memorable or worth a second taste. Average at best.

Sunday brunch - fantastic and fun, especially with Shady Pine's drag brunch. If you're shy, you're screwed. She'll spot you and incorporate you into the show. We had a blast - she was "on" and the audience was equally engaged. Our table of four tipped her over $30. Others gave that or more. And the food - wow. The standout was the ham and cheese crepes. I didn't order them but my friend did and he generously shared them with all of us. A heaping portion and a delicious one!

Dinner - we each ordered two dishes for a total of eight and split them all. Each was fantastic.

Waitstaff - handsome, friendly, engaging.

You can't go wrong.

We went for Happy Hour on the recommendation of friends and it will be a stop every time we visit ptown. The $1 oysters, Jonah crab claws & shrimp can't be beat! The shrimp were some of the best I've ever had...large & perfect texture. We sat at the bar & service was excellent. The bartender even gave us a lesson on how open the crab.

Been here a couple of times, and each experience has been positive. Informal dining in a pleasant room, the food is unusually good. They specialize in small plates, and it is ideal to go with four persons or more so that you get to sample many plates. The hardest problem is selecting from the voluminous menu, where everything sounds great. Cost about $50-60 per person. You usually order 1.5 to 2 plates per person. On a Zagat scale, I would rate this a 24.

If you are in P-town this is a must. One of the best tapas restuarants I have ever been to. Great selection, great service and a fun atmosphere. Our waiter was Flo and he was absolutley wonderful in helping us sort through some of the new items. A little pricey, but well worth it. Have to try the Tuna Napoleon!
