We frequently stay at Hilton/Hampton hotels and find them to be a very good value. We've just signed up on TripAdvisor, since we have increased our travel time and felt it only fair to share our experiences, as others have taken the time to do for us. Our stay this time around was very good. We found the front desk to be very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating to our room request. The room was excellent as well. We didn't utilize any of the amenities of the hotel, spending most of our time exploring the Plymouth area. Our only disappointment was the Sunday brunch offered to us. Considering the price, we expected the buffet to be stocked as advertised. To be fair, the dining area was full, but it just seemed like the response to the food shortage was severely lacking. Upon checkout, the front desk apologized for the situation, but because we paid for breakfast in cash, they could not comp us for it. We would still recommend the hotel and will still stay there on our routine visits to the Plymouth area, but probably pass on the brunch on a future visit.

I'm pleased to see from your submission that you enjoyed your stay and that you found our front desk staff to be friendly and helpful and that your room accommodations were excellent. I do apologize that your breakfast experience did not meet your expectations. With a full house, as was the case during your stay, we typically find that during the weekends our guests like to sleep in and come down to the breakfast area later in the morning. As you can imagine, this tends to fill up the breakfast area quickly. While we do our best to keep everything stocked during breakfast, certain items may have been unavailable while you were dining. I do hope that should your travel plans bring you back to the Plymouth, MA area, we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the Hilton Garden Inn.

Husband and I stayed only 2 nights but had a pretty decent experience with everything but the extremely noisy air conditioner that kept waking us up in the middle of the night when it kicked on.

Other than that, this hotel is clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and filling. Hotel is also located close to all Plymouth attractions and there is even great shopping within steps of the hotel.

Our trip started off with 3 delayed flights and one over night layover in detroit. As we arrived at the Hilton garden inn In Plymouth it was very late at night. We were greeted by a shaved head lady who was very rude and it seemed like we woke her up from a nap. When we got settled in we noticed hair on the sheets, hair in the sink, hair in the tub and a used bar of soap!!!!. For this we got free breakfast coupons(thank god they were free breakfast is 12 bucks!!) The employees that run the breakfast area really made our trip. I believe it was Sara and Mike????. My kids just adored them and they were so pleasent to us and quite whitty. They seemed like they really love working together and the Food was great. We missed them on the weekend!. All in all it was a good short trip if the beds had less hair in them they would of been great! I also would like to thank Kerri the GM. She was so so sorry and we could tell thats not how she runs the place. I'm sure we had one bad room out of many but for that still cant recommend this place.

On those infrequent times when a guest has a less than outstanding stay, we appreciate the feedback and quickly address the issue at hand in order to correct it from happening again. We take great pride in our hotel and appreciate the many positive comments we receive daily from our valued guests on the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel along with the friendly and welcoming manner they experienced with all our staff. We made two stops here. The first being a single night. The second for two nights. Due to prebooking at seniors rates we felt we had very good value. We liked the layout of the room on our first visit. It was spacious with a comfy chair, footstool and business area. The king bed was very comfortable.The time between booking and staying was shorter the second time so our room appeared less spacious having two "queen" beds. The room also turned out to be just under the roof where there was a run of fans which were really noisy at all hours. Reception asked the engineer to look into the the matter. He agreed there was a problem which unfortunately they were unable to fix during our stay. To be fair reception offered to move us. As it was a short stay we decided to stay put.
The hotel has guest laundry. Handy if you are moving on frequently.
It does not have a restaurant but has an arrangement to provide room service with the "99" restaurant. We twice made use of this service and found the quality to be good and portions large.
The hotel is quiet being situated by a shopping area about ten minutes drive from Plymouth. We would certainly stay here again if visiting the area.

Spent three nights here in a king room. Large and comfortable. Separate desk and chair, large chair and ottoman, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Quiet overlooking back of hotel. Breakfast staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Handy to highway and Plymouth.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Nice , clean rooms, but just a tiny bit too small when staying with 3 or 4 people. Rest of the hotel is very enjoyable, nice pool, great lobby, overall well kept and very friendly,helpful and courteous staff.
If room was a bit bigger and if breakfast was included in +/- 125 USD per nightly rate it would be perfect !

We stayed for one night in July at this hotel. The location is handy, but not in the "quaint" area of Plymouth at all. It is convenient to lots of restaurants and service places, though. Front desk staff was efficient, but not overly-friendly. The room was above average with fridge and micro, nice bathroom...the beds and pillows were comfy. A five minute drive from the downtown area attractions.

We are conveniently located a few minutes drive from downtown and the waterfront as well as close to many local attractions including the Plymouth Rock and the Plantation. I am pleased that you found your guest room comfortable and enjoyed the amenities such as the fridge and microwave. All of our rooms have these convenient amenities which all our guests enjoy. You also make reference to the front staff being efficient but not overly friendly and I do apologize that you did not feel they offered a more sincere welcome.
