Stayed here with our 2 children for a wedding and were delighted with the room and facility. There was a microwave and fridge in the room, great for making our baby's breakfast. Breakfast was served early. There was also a swimming pool. Tokyo Diner on the same complex served great sushi. Hotel very modern and clean and staff very pleasant.

We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn, Plymouth, and the stay was excellent. Great Job to all the staff!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and attended to our every need! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and well kept. From the beautiful landscaping, to the lobby, the room, the pool area, and the restaurant/bar area. The only thing I would change, is the mattresses in the 2 queen bedded rooms are not as comfy as the king beds. I love the down comforters, and the thermostat controlled heat/air. The cooked to order breakfasts are always good, and many choices, so even after 3 nights, your not sick of the food. I did miss the bisquits and gravy, but that maybe a more midwest, southern thing. They also have a guest coin laundry, which was a great help, when traveling through New England on a long trip. It was nice not to have to run around the town looking for a laundromat. The hotel was close to all the attractions in the area, with easy access to the interstate. The rooms are typical HGI, with the refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers. They were very tastefully decorated, and even had a beautiful fall foliage picture on the wall! We will absolutely stay again, if we are ever in the area. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean comfortable room , and great service!

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and friendly. Every person that works there, from the housekeepers to the waitstaff to the front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. The rooms are very reasonably priced. The amenities and location are great. I stayed for more than a week. I stay in a lot of hotels and I'm picky: this is a very good one. You'll enjoy it.

I usual check out Tripadvisor, before booking any trips/hotels. But, I took a chance and booked The Hilton Garden Hotel in Plymouth. The hotel was clean and friendly when I first walked into the hotel. Our room was on the fifth floor, overlooking a parking lot. The room was nice and CLEAN and quite. The beds were wonderful and slept like a baby! We took advantage of the breakfast for additional $10.00 for three people. You can eat anything from omelets, waffles to pancakes to order. We also used the pool and sauna, which was also clean. I would defiantly stay here again.

Comfortable, attractively furnished room with nice bathroom.
Good Flat screen TV and free internet access. Pool was OK and not too deep for young children. Convenient to lots of good casual dining like 99, Panera, Bertucci's, Friendly's. Easy access to tourist sites including the impressive Plimouth Plantation. A 20 minute drive to Cape Cod. Free cookies at the front desk in the afternoon. The only downside was the overpowering smell of the breakfast area which lingered in the lobby all day long.

The good: Spotless, very comfortable room. Herman Miller desk chair, comfortable armchair and ottoman. Extended cable, free internet. Great beds (think a step down from the Westin Heavenly Bed), Neutrogena soaps and shampoos. Really lovely and comfortable lobby with cushy sofas and armchairs, double fireplace, completely unexpected for a hotel right off the freeway. Also, the business center is free to use, two computers with internet, printing and copying services.

The bad: Check-in time? 3 p.m. Fine. My room ready? 3.45. Apology? Offer of some sort of recompense or comp? No. The explanation offered, that they had been almost full the night before, was fine, but still. Either give me my room on time, or offer me something for my inconvenience. And it wasn't just me -- there were people lined up, all waiting for their rooms. There were two wedding groups trying to get in and get changed prior to the events, so it was getting ugly.

BUT, on the other hand, the woman who was running the breakfast buffet the next morning was SO nice and welcoming and genuine that it made up for the utterly unconcerned attitude from the front desk the day before.

The location is convenient to those visiting Plymouth Plantation, or en route to or from the Cape. There is a PLETHORA of casual shopping opportunities nearby (Kohls, Sports Authority, TJ Maxx HomeGoods, etc) and more upscale stuff a couple of exits up Rte 3. Restaurants nearby include Ninety Nine, Friendly's, Uno's and Panera.

If it weren't for the check-in fiasco, i would have given this an unqualified rave. Perfect for families.

Let me tell you our HORROR story!!!! Several months ago we made a reservation at this hotel for our wedding night. It was made via a business contact of my now wives at the hotel. Approx. 3 weeks before our wedding we called to confirm all was set. We were told it was. We asked if we could bring our lugage as we were leaving on a honeymoon cruise the next morning at would be at our wedding and reception all day. We also told them we would not be checking it until 10:30 ish as we were going to be at our wedding reception. Them made a note of the late check in and thhey told us we could leave it and they would either put it in our room or we could pick it up at theoffice. On our wedding day I went to the hotel at 9:00 am to drop off our lugauge. I offered to pay for the room at that time and was told it was not necessary. I restated that we would not be in until after 10:30 and was told it was not a probablem.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:11 Pm and surprise surprise they had given our room away!!!!! ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT. We were told that they tried to call us but we didn;t return the call....WE WERE AT OUR WEDDING RECEPTION!!!!!! We then listened to our cell phone messae and the general manager said on the message that the hotel was full and she did see we were not due to check in until 10:30ish but she wanted to know if we were still coming....THEY HAD OUR LUGAUGE...THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A HINT!!!!!!!We called the "so called" general manager at home and were told point blank that she didn't know they had our lugauge and that there was nothing she could do for us....PERIOD. We had a limo picking us up at the hotel in the morning and had just been dropped off...we had no transportation...she could care less.

The end result we had to call someone to come get us and go home to a house full of guests. THIS HOTEL AND THIS MANAGER TOOK SOMETHING AWAY FROM US THAT WE CAN NEVER GET BACK AND SHE DID IT WITH NO ROMORSE...SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT US.....

I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND SHE SHOULD BE REPLACE WITH SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS SOMETHING ABOUT COSTOMER SERVICE.

My advice to you.....find somewhere else to stay..The Hilton Garden Inn of Plymouth could not care less about you....you are only a roon charge.
