We were meeting our daughter and her friend for dinner. We like dining in Plymouth but had not tried Sabor before. The reviews tended to be positive so we through we'd risk it. Right decision. Every course was impressive. Even the bread and hummus was unique. Our server was quite an authority on the wines. She was able to verbalize the subtle differences between the Portugese, Spanish and Sicilian white wines we were considering. The basic menu was a little limited but it was augmented by a number of specials du jour. Having been a chef in the past, I know that this is a good sign. You're going to be offered what is locally available and fresh. This was a good outing - one that we expect to repeat in the future.
