Sabor has long been a destination restaurant, with great attention paid to the food [both the tastes and the presentation] and service. the owner clearly has a strong concept for what constitutes a superior dining experience and carries it through all the way, starting with the amuse bouche. Our one quibble -- we're not meat eaters and would go much more frequently if the menu had a few more options for people like us. Even a simple pasta with marinara sauce.
