I've never been to a Chili's before and since we were staying at the hotel some 100 yards from Chili's we decided to give it a whirl. Good call on our part. Even though it was a Saturday night we were seated quickly, with an unneccessary aplogy from the host for having us wait a few minutes. The tabletops with their tilework was kinda cool. Seats were clean and comfortable. I ordered the fajita trio, my wife ordered a quesadia and our grandson dined on steamed broccoli and sweet potato fries as well as a bit of chicken from my dish. The fries and broccoli were very good. The veggie was steamed and was fresh tasting. The fries were full of flavor with very little grease. My wife's quesadia was a bit kicked up for her tastes but it's a quesadia and it tasted very good. The fajita trio was awesome! Plenty of grilled chicken, steak and shrimp to build six fajitas. The seasonings were spot on and there were plenty of fixings, sauteed sweet green & red peppers and onions, lettuce, sour cream, guacomole and pica de gala, and all were fresh and plentiful. The only drawback is you only get three steamed tortillas. As I said I could have built six fajitas, and I wish yhey'd fry the tortillas instead of steaming them. But man, was it ever good! And the seasonings were perfect. Our waitress was pleasant. She was confident and walked with a sense of pride. That's always a great sign to see at a restaurant for if the employees are proud of where they work then they're probably putting much effort into their job in order to satisfy the customer base. I'm one of those customers and the staff at Chili's accomplished their goal. Great food and a job well done!
