“Good food, good value”

Plymouth House of Pizza & Cafe
Ranked #143 of 208 Restaurants in Plymouth
Price range: $11 - $20
Description: In order to stand out from the crowd, restaurants need to have good relationships with their customers and an appeal that extends beyond homemade Alfredo sauce and an authentic Greek salad. Plymouth House of Pizza has all of those things because of its personable owner, great selection of food and community atmosphere. The restaurant offers a wide variety of appetizers, subs, burgers, pizzas and pastas, with a large kid constituency that favors basic plain cheese pizza. If the combination of warm service and award-wining food wasn't enough, Plymouth House of Pizza has another trick up its sleeve to satisfy customers: friday night jam sessions. "We give local musicians a focal point to get together that has really given them the impetus to dust off the instruments and have some real fun," "They perform original compositions and spontaneous jamming on the traditional and jazz blues forms, as well as improvising rhythm changes.

“Good food, good value”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

Was looking for a change from eating seafood for a week and stopped into this little pizza place. Ordered at the counter and food was brought to the table. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious with fresh ingredients and an average salad, but the dressing was delicious. Only one other table had customers and they seemed to be enjoying their meal as well. There was some mix up in their order, but it appeared that the owner/chef/manager/person in charge made it right.

The server was just so-so, but the manager came by to see if we enjoyed our meal, apologized to the folks at the other table, and told us to come back on Monday night when he offers two-for-one entree's...dine-in only. All in all, a very good experience and reasonably priced.

We re-heated our leftover pizza the next night and it was just as good as the night before.
