First, I enjoy the pizza here - -especially when the crust is extremely thin and crispy; once in a awhile it isn't -- and the employees are terrific. But I do have a gripe -- the dirty windows out front, plastered with sloppy handwritten info on specials, as well as promos for various local events. It's a mess, and really downgrades the presentation. I'll bet Upper Crust loses walk-in business because it looks second-rate from the outside. Clear the clutter, clean the glass, and use professional signage [judiciously].
