We have been to Patrizia's many times , by ourselves & with other friends. We have enjoyed the food & the environment very much. However last night, was an off night for us there. The crab cake appetizer was wonderful, filled with lots of chunk crab meat. The main dish I ordered was a special of pan seared sole with lavender potatoes & peas. The sauce, potatoes & peas were superb, but the sole was mushy, almost inedible for me. I put the blame on the fish supplier, as the execution of this dish was superb. Perhaps the chef should have tasted the sole? Sole is very tricky to purchase, as it sometimes can be wonderful, but other times like this. I would have eaten the rest of the dish minus the sole, but at $26, I returned it for something else. Will try something else on our next visit.
