We stayed 3 nights here and found it quite comfortable and clean. There may need to be some updating but this was cosmetic,as everything worked fine. The location was just out of town, a five minute drive. The sleep was great and the view was beautiful as we were in the uppermost building. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Coffee was available from 7 AM till 10 PM. The breakfast room was a little tight but there was always seats available. Pool is outdoors we did not use it.

We stay a few nights in room 10,which was in a lovely quiet location with comfy cane furniture just outside for a chat and a glass of wine in the evening.
The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and good shower, just what we needed after three fantastic days in Plymouth.
The hotel is set in beautifully kept grounds and although they were fully booked it was very quite and peaceful.

Not the best place I stayed in, it was OK...Grounds were nice, bed was comfortable, some decor in room was updated.Room smelled alittle musty but a candle took tare of that problem.Served daily breakfast but not enough table to accomodate alot of people, WIFI in room. 2 Flat panal LCD's in room and livingroom. It has sanitized TV remotes? The bathrooms should be sanitized, not the remotes. Bathroom had hair on the floor and the shower was dirty too

Spacious wood paneled room, queen size very comfy bed, lounge chair, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, large flat panel TV, WiFi in room. Beautiful grounds, parking right outside door. Very nice continental breakfast every morning. Very convenient to all the attractions Plymouth has to offer. Very peaceful and quiet.

This is a beautifully well kept motel-style complex, with parking outside the rooms, and spacious wood panelled rooms with large comfortable beds. The grounds are absolutely immaculate, and the room was very clean and tidy, even has sanitised remote controls! Free WiFi in every room, although it's a little slow and logs you out every 15 minutes or so, which is annoying. There's a computer for guest use in reception if you need to print stuff. The hotel is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the sea front and a huge variety of restaurants. Staff are extremely helpful. The rooms have a little porch area with a couple of lawn chairs each which is surprisingly pleasant to sit out in - you can watch the groundskeeping staff zooming about in their golf buggies. There are also outdoor seating areas dotted about, as well as ice and soda machines.

Complimentary breakfast is the usual continental fare, although the breakfast room only seats 24 so it can be a bit of a scrum (sorry, what's the American Football alternative - a scrimmage?) We grabbed a tray and took ours back to our room.
