This place is fantastic! Kathy and Dennis are some of the most warm and well-seasoned owners/hosts we have ever stayed with. They provide the perfect amount of interaction while still respecting your privacy. The house is decorated so tastefully and is very clean. Kathy and Dennis really complemented the history of the house with the decor. It was done just how I hoped an historic New England Sea-Port B&B would look. The food was amazing. Kathy really puts the extra effort into her meals and it shows; no boring old muffins and yogurt here! This place is a great alternative to staying in Boston too. Just take the train, its easy. I was traveling with my fiancé and my parents so there were four opinions of the stay and all were stelar. I'm already trying to figure out an excuse to go back! Be forewarned though, you will be spoiled and it might skew your opinions of any places you stay after. By the way, the complementary wine and homemade cookies were appreciated very much so but this is the first and only place I've ever been where I was offered a local beer! Yay

We LOVE this B&B! We've stayed with Kathy twice now (both in the winter and late summer), and enjoyed both stays enormously. The location is ideal, the breakfasts are incredible, and the Inn is just lovely. We look forward to our next stay!

We stayed at the Jesse Harlow House when we went to the Plimouth Plantation for a special dinner. Kathy at the Jesse Harlow was very friendly and accomodating....she thought of everything that we needed before we did! Our room was very comfortable and charming...very clean. Breakfast was a baked French Toast which was yummy. Kathy had some brownies with cherries to die for, for snacks for us and coffee and tea.....even soda and wine if we wanted it. Great place to stay when you are in Plimouth. We also loved the location being able to easily walk into town.

Our hosts could not have been more welcoming and really looked after us. Excellent breakfast, good location and everything you could want from a B&B.

Our family--including young and older couples--stayed here for four nights this week. It was comfortable, quiet, welcoming, delicious! (Kathy's breakfasts are amazing. Delicious sliced fruit, blueberry coffee cake, sausages, eggs. wow.) Also very convenient and reasonably priced. What more would you want? We're coming back, Kathy and Dennis!

Room Tip: We used all the rooms! But would always choose the Schooner Room for ourselves.
