“Mayflower”
Reviewed June 13, 2013

Mayflower is the boat that the Pilgrims came over from England on centuries ago. A tour guide will take the visitors thruout the ship and explain in a very informative way about the history of the Mayflower. A ship that's worth the time to visit and enjoy and also to realize what the pilgrims had to endure to find freedom in a new land, America.

“Kids LOVED this!”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

What a great place to add to your visit to Plymouth Plantation. Our two children loved being able to walk right onto the ship and get a feel for how tiny it was. The employees re-enact the lives of those who traveled from England in 1620 and the stories and accents are wonderful. Great price and fun for the whole family. Conveniently located right off of exit 6 right on the waterfront.

“GOOD REBUILD”
Reviewed May 26, 2013

It is interesting to see the small size of the ship(s) that brought the Pilgrims to the New World. So small a vessel to begin expanding the population. It is fortunate that the Native Americans were friendly enough to not wipe out the Pilgrims.

“Would have been great if it was there”
Reviewed May 20, 2013

If the ship was actually there I would have given it an excellent. We had a great tour guide who talked and talked and talked which made up for the fact that the boat isn't there. My parent's have done it before and said his tour was the best they've had there. It was 5 at closing and he was still talking. We would have listened but other employees interrupted telling everyone they had 5 minutes to depart. Kind of rude. Started packing the food examples right in the middle of the tour guide speaking. As a business owner I would never tell a client they have 5 minutes and leave. Of course at closing I wouldn't admit more but I wouldn't stop my service to those already there.

“No Boat but Staff is Great!”
Reviewed May 19, 2013

The Mayflower II was gone for repairs, but the staff compensated for it ten-times over! The ratio was such that it was like having a private interpreter/historian.
