Get a clean bed , clean hotel and breakfast on the house. For a quick stay or a few days Hampton Inn at peabody mass is a good place to stay. Near boston and surrounding malls and colleges. Makes the location appealing. Even though it is near a busy street and of course the round about ways of Massachusetts streets. it was well worth the stay!

The location can be busy, however, there are many restaurants and malls around the area that we are more than likely to point you in the right direction! We have been traveling across the country this summer. Needless to say, we have been in many hotels. This hotel has been the best one of all. The room and was impeccable. We loved having a clean duvet every day. We felt comfortable using the bathroom.

Every one of the staff was happy and friendly. We must thank Yessica and Brittany the most. While driving towards Boston to get on the MTBA, we became lost. The only thing we could think to do was call the hotel. Yessica calmed us down and actually stayed on the line with us until we arrived at the train station. Brittany seemed to be there the whole weekend. How she stayed so upbeat and helpful, is a wonderment. She always had a smile. We must have gone over with her our directions at least 3 or 4 times. She never gave us the impression we were bothering her. Both Yessica and Brittany were so patient and kind. I hope they are being paid appropriately.

Room Tip: Be sure to call the hotel for exact directions to the hotel. It's a little tricky.

The Hampton of Boston was booked on line. It was not the cheapest nor the most expensive hotel through the web site which was the Hilton Honors. Clean and well decorated. However, the hotel was so understaffed (one desk person in the entire place) that we had to fix our own toilet! Cleaning and appearance of the hotel was fine. For the price, not at all worth it.

Thank you for taking sometime to leave us some feedback.
We apologize that you didn't have an enjoyable stay with us.
Usually during our evening shift we do have at least two employees at the Front Desk. I did some digging and it looks like that one of our staff member did leave earlier that evening due to him not feeling well during his shift. We are currently full staffed at the front desk and we would like to ask you to come back and give our hotel another chance. We always strive for excellent survice. Please give me a call if you wish to book with us again in the near future.

The hotel is very clean, housekeeping was good, breakfast was good, staff were pleasant. The only drawback is the location. In order to go anywhere back toward Boston you have to get on the highway and travel north for a u-turn. Same thing happens once you're on the southbound side, you must travel a ways to get to a turnaround to head back north. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

I have stayed here before on other business trips and have always felt good about it. They treat you great and are very friendly and welcoming, they always have answers to any questions or concerns. I will choose this hotel over the competitor up the street, who by the way is more expensive and less appealing

We arrived very late around 1 am and the night front desk clerk was very welcoming, efficient and accommodating. He even had to change our room after we were in the one assigned and he brought the new key to us and helped us to the new room.
Breakfast was really very bountiful and the staff was so chipper and helpful. One anager walked around offering advice of things to do around town and offering any help if needed.
We had stayed here three years ago and do feel like it has improved, especially in the service offered by the staff. We usually perfer Homewood Suites, but this suit us fine for the our short stay. We had a room with a king sized bed and a pull out sofa. The room had a little frig and microwave. The frig was not working properly, so we added ice fro the ice machine to get it to cool down. The room was clean and had enough linen for the four of us.
Unfortunately someone put stickers in the pool so it gummed up the filter and the pool was closed when we went to use it. Upon check out I expressed out disappointment and they said we could have used the pool next door at the Homewood Suites-I wished they had posted that on the door of their pool room.
It was certainly one of the better Hampton Inns we have stayed at.

Hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. Only comment I have is when getting off the highway, the hotel is along side the exit ramp & not very distinguishable. We drove past it without realizing it & had to call for directions.
