If you're visiting Salem or Peabody(hotel town) to be specific - this is a nice place. 20-minute drive to Salem but well worth it. Key word = drive. Nothing is close to this hotel for walking, vehicle will be required or use Uber/Lyft.
The room I received was huge in my hotel eyes and I for one will be very honest. (Pictures attached) Plenty of room for 1-3 ppl with 3ppl being a family. A full kitchen to use and a simple phone call to the desk will get you all the amenities needed such as utensils, cups, etc. Room was very clean - and I'm the one to look under the bed, near the toilet, tub and even the finger test on window ledges.
With price and location shopping, it was well-reasonable compared to the other hotels in the heart of Salem.

When I visit back to Salem, I would definitely pick this hotel again. If you want that come in /out feel then this is the spot to 'rest' your head.

TIP - Want drinks or snacks - make sure you research what's open in the area to prep. Most places close at 10pm for food and nothing within walking distance.

Room tip: I was near the elevator and it was quiet; I would stay away from the stairwells; those doors slam loud.

Our family was visiting the Boston, MA area and we found this nearby hotel in Peabody, MA and decided to stay here for 2 nights at a AAA rate. We made our reservation months in advance and had confirmed it a day or two before our arrival. When we arrived and were checked in, we arrived at our room which was not what we expected. We had requested a 1 bedroom suite with 2 beds with a separate living room area with a pull out sofa bed. We were provided the incorrect room even though our reservation was a different room type. Upon discovering this error, we contacted the front desk and had spoken with a manager. The manager was very accommodating and told us that there were no rooms available in the specific room type we initially reserved. The manager then advised me that she was providing us a complimentary second room at no charge plus reducing the existing rate on the room we did have. Overall, we ended up saving about $ 100 or so with the free room. The hotel acknowledged the booking mistake and they quickly worked to resolve the issue. We were very pleased with how they worked with us to resolve the matter.

So, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Both of our rooms were quiet and near each other and close to the elevator.

The hotel has free complimentarywi-fi for its guests. We were able to connect to the wi-fi with no issues. They also offer pet friendly rooms as well. There are flat screen televisions in all rooms. Each room has a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink and coffee maker. There are utensils, dishes and cutlery that are provided as well in each room. The hotel offers guests coin operated laundry thatis available 24 hours per day. There is also a fitness center on site as well.

The hotel has three total floors with an elevator. We were located on the third floor.

The hotel offers a free grab and go breakfast with muffins, granola bars, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We ended up going to a nearby McDonald's for breakfast as we needed something more than muffins and granola bars. The breakfast area is on the first floor in the lobby area by the front desk.

The hotel also has a swimming pool which we did not use as well as a hot tub. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the airport.

The shower pressure was good as well and the room was comfortable and easy to control the temperature. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well.

Overall, the hotel is nice and located in a quiet area in Peabody, MS and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel seemed to be well maintained both inside and outside and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would visit again the next time we arein the area.

I stayed here with my handicapped father for a last minute family event. It was perfect as he is elderly and needed attention. I did not want to share a room or stay in separate rooms. This place allowed us to have separate sleeping quarters but also share the room. Room could have been cleaner but wasn’t bad considering daily housekeeping is not part of their standard package. Location was perfect for our needs, and for the price, it exceeded my expectations. The staff was kind and helpful. Would return again.

This hotel boasts that it is a non smoking hotel yet the hallways stink of cigarette smoke on level 2 and our toilet seat in full of cigarette burns from dropped ash. You have to ask for cutlery and cups etc so ensure they are clean which is a good concept but shouldnt they be clean anyway? No number to ring down to reception so had to walk doqn amd wait for them to bring them up. No big deal but it took 20 mins and we are basically the only ones in the hotel being that it is off season. There is no tea, coffee or milk provided in rooma either big was a massive draw back for this hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely spaced and set out but very dated. Yellow amd brown colour schemes are not very appealing

We booked this hotel because it was supposed to be only 3 miles from Salem..WRONG! It took us 25 minutes by Uber to get to Salem. The 'suite' was a 1 room studio with no partitions and all cabinets were unstocked and filthy! Anything you needed YOU had to go to the front desk to get yourself..towels, bedding for pull-out, extra toilet paper. NO ice machine in the entire hotel, only 2 trays in the freezer in our room. The 'continental breakfast' consisted of pre-wrapped muffins and coffee. Shower water was tepid at best. The only thing positive I can say is that the staff was very nice and apologetic about all our woes.

Although we make every effort to be perfect, sometimes we fall short. We are sorry to know you didn’t like our hotel policies and the breakfast offerings we offer. Also, we apologize for the cleanliness issue in your room. Your feedback regarding the cabinets has been discussed with the housekeeping team for review and action. Kindly note we have a full-size refrigerator with ice trays for guests’ convenience in every room and therefore, we do not have ice machines. Counting on your kind generosity to accept our apology, we hope you will consider returning to our hotel on your next visit to this area

Sincerely,
