We were supposed to spend four nights end up spending two the toilet ran all night apparently a bad flapper night did not bring it to the attention of the manager did not see the point ,also the pillows smelled like Body odor and the breakfast was barely palatable I would not recommend this place did not realize it was that close to the highway difficult getting in and out would probably next time stay closer to the center of the city

Dear U976TZlouisd,
Thank you for taking the time to provide our hotel with your valued feedback about your recent stay. It is dissappointing to hear that you shortened your visit due to the experience.

We sincerely apologize that the condition of the room was not up to marriott or our standards. We can understand how the little details can make your stay unenjoyable.

We do strive to make everyone's experience a great one and looks like we have fallen short during your visit. Taking your valued feedback we will use it to train the team in paying attention to the little details and condition of the rooms. We appreciate your feedback and business and look forward to exceeding your expectations in the future.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you want to explore Boston & surrounding areas.
The staff is professional. friendly & extremely helpful.
The hotel is spotlessly clean & quiet..The room was spacious and very nicely appointed. There is a gym & a swimming pool. There is free parking right outside of the hotel. A great breakfast with healthy choices is served every morning by two wonderfully happy helpful persons who greet you with beautiful smiles & cheery good mornings....a perfect way to start the day. There is a very good Italian Restaurant, Marcos's, a two minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is seven miles from Woodland Train Station in Revere Mass, reasonably priced parking is provided, where a train travels to & from Boston in about 10 minutes and has stops within walking distance of historic sights..The hotel is also close to Salem Mass. & places of interest in Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, & Vermont. Definitely a perfect place to stay for anyone vacationing in the surrounding area.

We stayed here as a base to visit Salem. You need a vehicle. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Their is a Pool and gym on site. The lounge is comfortable and doubles as the breakfast area. The breakfast is simple but plenty of it and fresh. Coffee and Tea flow freely all day in reception, with a nice touch of free lollipops for the kids. Their a small shop on site.
The suites are spacious and very comfortable, with a kitchen area with Microwave, Sink, Fridge and Tea making area. There is a lounge area with a desk. The bedroom area is large and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is a little dated but functional and clean.
The hotel is clean and very tidy.
A very well represented hotel.

We are frequent Marriott travelers, and this was an impressive stay. They obviously read our portfolio because each request we had was taken care of, which honestly isn’t typical. In fact, of the 4 Marriotts we stayed in on this trip, they were the only location to make the efforts. There was a boys hockey tournament checking in before us. If was a little loud and rowdy, but the staff was smiling and friendly. They could tell we weren’t in the group and put us in a quiet room out of the way. It was also impressive to see the staff keep up with breakfast as the families came through. A great group of employees in a clean and well run hotel.

Came up to visit family, wanted our own space. The room was comfy , bed was great , breakfast was very good. And they had a server named Sharon there she was Outstanding!!!! Greeting everyone, going to every table to be sure every guest had everything they wanted, again the company should know just how great she is !
I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town . Room 318
