“The View Can't Be Beat!”
Reviewed July 7, 2014

The line was very (read: hours) long but we wanted to eat at the Lookout for the amazing view! It was worth the wait. The prices are very high, even for the Vineyard, but the food was very good and so were the drinks. Great location, right by the ferry dock!

“Memorable setting, service and food”
Reviewed July 3, 2014 via mobile

We had the warm lobster roll and fish and chips. The large serving of claw and tail meat lobster was fresh, cooked and seasoned perfectly, and served in a properly buttered and toasted roll. With the side of chips, it was enough for two. The cod fish and chips was a large portion and as good as anything like it in England. The fish, although frozen, had texture and was moist. The beer battered breading was tasty, crisp and not greasy. The server was prompt, friendly and courteous. There is ample adjacent public parking and great water views from the property.

“Lobster tacos!!!”
Reviewed July 2, 2014

A great location by the waterfront on Marthas Vineyard with a great view. The lobster tacos were loaded with lobster meat and were seasoned to perfection. Fish tacos were very good too and the drinks were good and generous. Love the local beer too. Great place for a casual lunch on a day trip to MV.

“Amazing!”
Reviewed June 28, 2014

Our daughter recommended this place to us having visited last year. She is a bit of a sushi aficionado (we are not!) and said the sushi was some of the best she had ever tasted. Our first visit we both chose lobster roll with sweet potato fries (for me) and chips (we call these "crisps" in the UK) for my husband. It was all fantastic. Our waitress (Lyndsey) was great - and very patient with us as we asked lots of questions and required certain things to be translated! We loved it so much we went every day for the three days we were in MV. That speaks volumes. We even tried the sushi and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a totally different food compared with supermarket offerings. We were there for lunch or early evening dinner and it was busy on all occasions. The hostess (Jan?) made us feel very welcome and always found us a good place to sit. Highly recommended!

“Beat Place in Town”
Reviewed June 27, 2014 via mobile

One of two restaurants we visited twice over a week stay. The first visit we sat at the ledge overlooking the water and had a couple of drinks. The view s awesome. We went back for a lunch and enjoyed several menu items. Cobb Salad was fresh and loaded with ingredients. Chowder was best we had, sushi was top quality and the grilled mahi was cooked perfectly. In addition, they take bartending just as seriously as the food. Using quality ingredients and mixing to perfection.
