I decided to try this place out while in the area with family for Sunday brunch. It's in a nice area of Northampton, and the venue itself has a nice vibe, lots of sunlight, etc. We showed up around 11:30 for Sunday brunch with a party of 7 and were quoted a wait of 45 minutes which was about what we expected. There is a decent area to stand and wait inside to stay warm or you can stay out on the porch. About the time we were expecting to be seated, we noticed a number of groups that came in well after us getting seated, so another member of our party checked our spot on the list. She was told we were "on top of the list, they were just waiting for some tables next to each other to open up at the same time". After the next large(r) party got seated I went to check myself and miraculously they had some tables opening up next to each other that they pushed together for us. I don't think they were intentionally putting us off, i just don't think they were super concerned about getting us seated if it meant keeping a 2 or 4 top open for a few minutes. The other bummer about the place was they didn't have crayons or anything for the kids (minor point) and when we asked for kids' menus we were told they only had a brunch menu, only to hear the waitress at the next table offer a kids menu to another party. Overall, our server was very pleasant and helpful though and the food was above average. I'd probably go back with my wife but not the whole family.
