Bad: smell of the room - but your nose gets used to it; Wi-Fi - the connection was so bad I'm not even sure I wasn't hooking up to a neighboring motel's connection (it only worked in a narrow strip of the room by the window).
Good: right on the beach (if you stay in the building which is right on the beach) with gorgeous sunsets. Kitchenettes mean you can stay economically - there is a huge Stop & Shop in neighboring Provincetown.
In all honesty it's very overpriced for what you get but that seems to be the norm in this area during the high season and the owner(s) can't be faulted for following the market. In fact this seems one of the better value places.More
