“The place to stay for a quiet getaway”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Had another awesome weekend at the Crow's Nest Resort. This was my second visit and I needed a getaway weekend. The resort is amazing, it's right on the water, clean and very well kept. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. It's not far from local attractions. I plan on going back late summer/early fall. This is my getaway hideaway. I was in a one bedroom suite with all the comforts of home. I will recommend this property to anyone, as a matter of fact, my daughter and son-in-law have already booked their 12th anniversary getaway.

Room Tip: I don't think there is a bad room/suite. They all face the water and some of the bedrooms face...

We've stayed at the Crows Nest, North Truro, twice and also stayed at the property in Harwichport twice, and we can't fault anything. The Harwichport cottage is particularly good, excellently located close to both the town and the beach. Cape Cod Mall is only 20mins from Harwichport, Provincetown only 45mins.

Just had another amazing weekend at the Crow's Nest for my 15 year anniversary!!! It doesn't get any better then this place. You get a beautiful spacious room, on the water with amazing sunsets only a couple of miles from town. My husband and I try to get there a few times a year. The place is very well maintained and Michelle was fantastic. This place is a 10!

Just got back from a wonderful weekend at the Crow's Nest. We stayed in the Captain's Suite: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, two sitting rooms, kitchen, and dining area. It is big enough to sleep 8 comfortably, but could accommodate even more. There is even a stacked washer and dryer. The main living room had a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV with cable, and a fantastic bay view. The back sitting area had a small potbelly fireplace, personal TV with cable and a view of the dunes. Having the main sitting area face the bay allowed us to keep the windows open to hear the water lap onto the shore even on windy days. The wind usually comes from the ocean (dunes) side. It was so comfortable, we found ourselves spending a lot of time just relaxing, reading, and chatting in the unit. Michelle, the hostess, was friendly, helpful, and just plain fun to chat with. It was like staying at a friend's resort.

This is the 3rd time this year that myself and my boyfriend stayed at the Crow's Nest. The previous times were in April and again in May. It having been the off season all three times, it was quiet and cool with the fireplaces providing warmth and anbience.

The kitchens were sufficiently stocked with appliances: microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, microwave, blender and dishwasher, as well as: flatware, pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, pyrex measuring cup.

Michelle, who worked the front desk, was friendly and helpful with suggesting places that were still open.

The maid service was great at keeping the place looking like we just arrived.

And the best thing, we could hear the waves.

A group of friends and I headed to the Crows Nest during the Welfleet Oyster Weekend. Two days away felt like an eternity! Our suite was clean, bright, and inviting! we had spectacular views from every window! Steps from the beach ,once outside your door. We had a relaxing, enjoying time sitting in our Adirondack chairs ! Michelle (the manager) was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area.We are planning a trip back in the spring!!! A definite must if your visiting the P-Town area!!

On the Cape Cod bay sits the Crow's Nest. The real neat thing here is that it's right on the water with a beautiful view of P'Town whether day or night. We've stayed here several times before and every time it seems to be better. The location is ideal if you have plans to visit Provincetown. You can be there in 5 minutes. They have a nice variety of rooms. This time we had the studio. For a studio this is a nice room although I feel it was overpriced. The one and two bedroom rooms are very well laid out and plenty of room. Every room is equipped with stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher and glassware. The housekeeping is meticulous. This place is pretty darn clean. I enjoy having my morning coffee on the adirondack chairs right outside the room watching the water; very peaceful.

Room Tip: Steer towards the two bedrooms
