Mass MoCA was so large - you could visit several times and still not have viewed all of the art. They have a great collection and great exhibits and their museum store is fun to browse too. We didn't try the museum cafe, but there wasn't much else around there, so it probably would have been a smart idea.

There is something here for everyone. This is an amazing museum and if you have guests it might be the highlight of their visit

Interesting spaces and a nice selection of art. We were there for several hours and still didn't see everything. The cafe food was also quite good.

“A visit to MASS MoCA”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

We saw a couple of great exhibitions at MASS MoCA. The phoenixes by Xu Bing, absolutely amazing and loads of background information about the project. Also, the wall paintings by Sol LeWitt were fantastic.

My only gripe, no fridge magnets to buy!

“A very ambitious and successful Museum”
Reviewed October 16, 2013

A real world class contemporary art museum in the middle of nowhere housed in a beautifully converted old industrial site. You can enjoy both the Art and the building. We spent there three very lovely hours.
