Smallest rooms - bath and bed - I have ever experienced ( 55 year old, been many places). There were 2 chairs in the "bedroom" adding to the crowding. Only one person can fit in the bathroom/shower area at a time. bedside tables up against both the beds and the walls/windows. Wlls paper thin, heard neighboring guests all night. Pillow covers on all 4 pillows were soiled, housekeeping called to replace. No plastic cups in bathroom. Ice machine on parking garage level 1, none on room floors. Plastic bags provided for ice bucket were not even close to the size needed to line the bucket. requested a refridgerator - one brought in but only room was next to TV on a counter (masquerading as a "desk") was wet from "defrosted water?" , dead gnats laying inside.
Only positives were the service provided, staff were courteous and responded to every request in a cordial and friendly manner.

Stayed here while at a family wedding. Room was simple and clean - similar to aLoft but just a little less funky. Check in was a little distracted. I really hate the tiny sink with little space to put toiletries and there was almost no space between the end of the bed and the desk. Also - why have the light switch to the bathroom OUTSIDE the room where you disturb your roommate if you want to go in there at night? The bar scene that night looked busy - did not linger as we had an early start the next morning. Breakfast downstairs was tasty and reasonably priced - you order at the counter and they bring you your food. Not sure what else is around there - the hotel seemed to be in the middle of nowhere - we had a car and really just used the hotel to sleep.

The Hotel Indigo is great for the techie traveller to Boston. The rooms are awesome and have laminate flooring rather than icky carpeting...clean, bright and modern. The pool area is beautiful and the restaurant (Bokx 109) is outstanding. Easy access to Boston and surrounding area.

Room Tip: ask for a room over looking the pool. the end rooms tend to have noise from the trains.

I really enjoyed my week at the Indigo. Beautiful, relaxing, great staff. I especially appreciated the shuttle service (Thanks, Edgar!), the view over the pool/hills, and the fitness room. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to have recycling in the hotel - it felt awful to throw things in the garbage.

I stayed here several years ago and this is a nice boutique style property. It does appear to be showing its age a bit- Once contemporary, sparkly and new it is just a bit more rough around the edges. A bit of mold in the shower tiles, scuff marks on the wall, and even the hallway signage for the elevator had letters that had fallen off it it. Elevators seemed like a bit of an issue particularly on the weekend- there are 2 for the hotel and they are also the way that the maid carts are transported. Ice was only available on the parking level (which is also where the maid closet was) so I found myself crammed into the corner with a maid cart approximately 4 times in a 2 day stay. I would have taken the stairs to avoid the circumstances but was told that there wasn't stairs that connected the parking level to the rest of the hotel.

Service was friendly and the food was quite good in their cafe for breakfast. I would stay again if in the area.

Thanks for the feedback. Oddly enouth, the floor signs that you mention above were changed out this morning. Elevator speed has been a problem and I'm not sure there is an easy fix for that one. Thanks for the 5 star service rating. I will be sure to share your comments with our team.
