The atmosphere is pleasant, the help is usually very good, and there is a widely varied menu from which to choose. This is Italian food well-prepared, using fresh ingredients. This particular Bertucci's is definitely one of their better locations in all respects.

The food was simply awful...I was served spaghetti as a side dish with no sauce...totally dry not even butter!! I have never experienced anything like that before. The rest of the meal was awful as well. The service was bad too. Try the Bertucci's in Framingham on Route 9..always a good meal and good service there!

This is an excellent family restaurant. The atmosphere and decor is very pleasant. I like the open kitchen layout. The food is way above average for Italian and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The dinner rolls with olive oil is to die for. The pizzas are very good. The pasta dishes are great. They have plenty of healthy choices for those conscious of their food intake. The children's menu is very good and the kids always look forward to going there. They even take reservations for larger parties. The mall parking is all indoors and plentiful. We go there at least a couple of times a month.

Maybe I've just had Bertucci's one too many times. The pizza dough rolls fresh out of the oven and dipped in olive oil are tasty but that's really the end of what I love anymore at Bertucci's. The pizza is ok but nothing special. And the pastas are really not that good. This is not stylish, contemporary Italian cooking nor hearty, nicely seasoned old style Italian. The servers seem kind of tired and uninterested, and the bathroom often looks dirty and overused.

I think I'm giving it a 3 because I'm too embarrassed to admit I like it enough to give it a 4. Pasta is never overdone. Pizza is reliable. Ingredients fresh and not overly-garlicy (except for the olive oil dip - which should be banned.) Yep, it's a good family standby and the Atrium Mall location allows for a little quick shopping.
