The food is as good as any Cheesecake Factory's food and I consider us regulars - at least twice a month BUT the service is AWFUL and we keep telling ourselves we are just going to stop going to this one. it is a shame too since it is close to our house and not as insanely busy as the Natick, North Shore or Boston locations. But seriously, we have had about 6 experiences in a row with the food taking FOREVER to come, coming at different times, never being able to find your waiter or any waiter in the section we have been seated. Even when the section is half full they still have problems getting to you in a timely manner and getting your order out and correct. This is not rocket science. So if you think waiting 15 minutes to even have a waiter come over to you and over 45 minutes to get your food is fine (one meal of which has to be sent back because we said 10 times no cilantro on the salad and it comes with cilanro) then you will be happy.here. Bottom line is that the service is screwing up what would otherwise be a home run from location and food perspective.
