“Great food. Consistently bad service”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

The food is as good as any Cheesecake Factory's food and I consider us regulars - at least twice a month BUT the service is AWFUL and we keep telling ourselves we are just going to stop going to this one. it is a shame too since it is close to our house and not as insanely busy as the Natick, North Shore or Boston locations. But seriously, we have had about 6 experiences in a row with the food taking FOREVER to come, coming at different times, never being able to find your waiter or any waiter in the section we have been seated. Even when the section is half full they still have problems getting to you in a timely manner and getting your order out and correct. This is not rocket science. So if you think waiting 15 minutes to even have a waiter come over to you and over 45 minutes to get your food is fine (one meal of which has to be sent back because we said 10 times no cilantro on the salad and it comes with cilanro) then you will be happy.here. Bottom line is that the service is screwing up what would otherwise be a home run from location and food perspective.

“Chestnut hill Newton Cheesecake Factory”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

The Cheesecake Factory is located off route 9 in what used to be the Atrium mall. All the stores have left leaving a fantastic popular restaurant. Easy access to main roads, upscale neighborhood that is currently under some serious renovatations. The food and service is excellent. You should get there early. Dinner rush starts about 530 pm and doesn't end till late. Dinner and lunch provide many choices to choose from, it leans toward Italian. Valet parking is available, but just as easy to park in garage. There is access to restaurant on two floors, need to take escalator. Park no further than 1 floor under valet. Quick service and very nice waitstaff

“dirty flatware - yuk”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

We went to Cheesecake Factory for lunch. Two of the pieces of cutlery were very dirty. A replacement was brought but was also dirty. On the way out I picked up a spoon and two forks from an adjacent table - one was very dirty.

They need a manager.

When we arrived the host didn't even look up at us. Still that's CF for you. They don't need you as a customer.

“Huge Menu”
Reviewed January 25, 2013

If you can't find something to eat in their menu, then you have a problem. They have anything and everything possible. You can get a sandwich, salad, pizza, burger, entree, or soup. It just wish they could dump the ads from the menus.

Cheesecake Factory is not rateed one of the worse places to eat at without cause. Though their food is tasty it is vry ubhealthy. Portins are large and that compounds the problem. Bring along some cholesterol medicine if you go as wel an antacid. Otherwise the place is quite enjoyable.
