We were looking for a place to eat on a Wednesday night and found Agave. It was packed and although we had to wait almost an hour for a table it was worth it. We found the service attentive. Our waitress took great effort to explain to my husband exactly what mole sauce was, in case he hadnt had it before and might not like. Little did she know he was mexican and his mother made mole all the time. His dish, he found, was just as good as his mother made. In fact we all found the food authentic and not "chain like." It was a very enjoyable meal and we would definitely go back if we were in the area.
