I went to the starboard galley for dinner a week or two ago. As we walked we were immediately greeted by a very polite and cute blonde who immediately sat us at our table. There are views from every room as far as I could tell but the best is in the back dining room or on the deck! We had a great waitress who was very sweet. They had the usual young staff for summer which was refreshing as the decor needs prompt updating. Along with the bar, which we walked through without even noticing because it was so small.!!! The food was great, I had the fried clams, a staple in New England and they were delicious! My friend had the pan seared haddock which he also enjoyed very much. We looked over the dessert menu, which was nothing special but my weakness for cheesecake caved in with their turtle cheesecake! So good! The specials list from the waitress seemed generic, with menu items listed a dollar or two cheaper. But it was during the week and I guess the creativity is saved for the weekend when there's a younger crowd, atleast I hope because we were surrounded by older couples and children. Overall great service from our waitress who I forget the name of but was brunette and very pleasant. Good food, and good vibes. Would come again for meals, given the small size of the already full bar.
