We go to Plum Island every year and the island was missing a place like this close to the beach. They even have tons of great parking and a really well designed dining room and bar area. Problem is the food was awful. We ate here twice and both times were disappointed with the food. They served frozen twice baked potato and tried to call it potato skins which would be bad enough if it did not come out frozen. The lobster roll was light on the lobster and had no flavor. My burger was overcooked. The french fries were ok but that was about it. The local we rented from let us know that there was a battle of egos going on with the owner and the chef and the bottom line was everyone was losing. I'll sum up for you how bad it was by telling you this, the second time we ate there was at lunch time on a Sat in Aug the PEAK of the season and the place was EMPTY.
