Lovely, white tablecloth restaurant with delicious French inspired cuisine and a good wine list. If you go in winter dress warmly as the rooms can sometimes be a little chilly. Ask for a table by the fire if you can.

Small, intimate restaurant in restored mill. The beef tenderloin melts in one's mouth. The service is impeccable. Ideal for a special occasion.

If you are expecting decor of NYC keep driving. If you are looking for one the best meals in Berkshire county Mill on the the Floss is your place. Amazing rack of lamb and sweet breads. While menu appears tradition flavors AMA ing. Portions large and include veggies and potatos. Service pleasant and efficient. Would agree that wine list is good not excellent. Can't wait to go back... It was that good

Rustic / elegant setting in open countryside, just outside the lovely little town of Williamstown on the Berkshires ills, the Mill on the Floss boasts a French cuisine (so to say). Soupe a l'onion fine although the bread was absent and too much cheese. Really good duck with orange, one of the best I've ever eaten. Absolutely overcooked risotto. Dear staff and correct check.

Had high hopes based on prior reviews but decor dull, food dated and prepared with no style. Chicken"special" dry and tastless and "salsa" appeared to be right out of a jar. Other main; scallops were without any flavor. Salad fair and desert OK but Mill appears to be stuck in a time warp. Wine list very ordinary and overpriced for a uninspired selection. Waitress had a sour, impatient attitude. Menu has many surcharges for plate sharing and ordering only appetizers, so "buyer beware." Altogether an unpleasant dining experience.
