This small restaurant serves really good French inspired food. The service was friendly and helpful and we never felt rushed even though the small bar/waiting area was really crowded by the time we left. Everyone loved their choices and my sole meuniere in a brown butter sauce was truly fantastic. The strawberry tartlet dessert special was decadently delicious and large enough to share. The tables are placed really close together but the noise level was moderate on the night we dined so conversation was not difficult.

We had dinner here on a whim after years of avoiding this restaurant due to the mediocre food. It was a pleasant surprise. The typical french bistro food we had was well prepared and very enjoyable. The special rabbit entree was updated from the traditional dish with a juicy leg, very lightly breaded, and a light mustard sauce reminiscent of the traditional without the heaviness. The accompanying brussel sprouts were unremarkable. The Canard Agnolotti with beef ragout was very tasty and the appetizer portion accompanied by a tasty side of sauteed spinach (garlicky but not overwhelmingly so) sufficed as a main. The Pan-seared garlic and mushroom stuffed quail was correctly prepared and tasty -- we were less enthusiastic about the roasted red pepper risotto which accompanied it, but that may be personal taste.
The wine suggestions were good and the service we had was friendly and attentive.
We had a very enjoyable meal, no complaints and we will return to try other menu items.

The only downside was a someone nearby who had an overpowering amount of perfume on, but there is not much a restaurant can do about that. Fortunately the party left well before us.

Yum. Always good bistro food. Small bar, not a lot of waiting space. A few outdoor tables for warm weather dining which is nice but the tables are across from a gas station and a dry cleaner. Paris it is not! Go for the food.

A great spot for special occasions or an above average night out. Consistently well-prepared meals and solid service too. They even worked to accommodate a very large group of us including 4 small children on one special occasion and made a birthday cake for Grandpa that was beyond compare!

Food and service never disappoint. Menu is varied; something for everyone and you can make a reservation. That's saying something ....
