“Outstanding Hot Dogs!”
Reviewed November 1, 2013

I have stopped here many times just to get a hot dog outside at the window. To be sure, they are not large hot dogs. However, the fact that they are boiled in water with the stiff casing holding the moisture in makes them very juicy and tasty. Not everybody may like them, but most people do. They're delicious!

“Local Tradition”

Quirky little place for hamburgers and such. Fun and entertaining food was just fine. Very small and very limited seating. Cooks very interactive and friendly.

“I dare you to find a better burger and hot dog in Boston”
Reviewed March 27, 2013

This place is a true gem, a great neighborhood joint. The burgers are only flipped once, solid and juice. The dogs are fluffy on the outside and steaming on the inside. Worth the trip. The guys at the counter are great too. Awesome for kids. Real old school diner car.

“Local Charm”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

Don't look for fancy or checkered table cloths, go because the food is classic diner fair that is just simple and good! When I go for my family, I get 2 cheeseburgers, 2 hot dogs "all around" if you go you'll understand, a tuna fish sandwich and 2 chocolate milks and it's less than $20...PRICELESS. It's like Cheers, eveyone knows your name!

“Love the hot dogs”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

A New England style hot dog - different from what I grew up on out west, but these were quite tasty; may not be for everybody but they're at least worth a try. Plan to go back to the diner for their burgers 'cause I was drooling over the smell. If you want to eat inside - get there early - it's very small and while they do have outdoor seating, inside counter seats fill up quickly!
