We stayed here on four different occasions over the space of six months for a recurring conference.

Rooms are average for layout and comfort. The surprise is that the room temperature control is not automatic. You have to alternate the switch between "heat" or "cool" and thus it is actually hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The beds were not comfortable for me. The water temperature in the bathroom is not consistent. If you are in a room at the end of the hall, then it is difficult to get hard water. You have to run hot water in the sink for a long time in order to get hot water in the shower.

Service is average to low. The front desk attendants tend to not be from the local area and/or are not proficient with English, thus they cannot offer suggestions as to local restaurants, etc. There is a good supply of coffee in the lobby and they serve cold water and cookies in the afternoon.

The breakfast is quite good, although it is not any special value for the price. The wait staff in the morning is excellent and we left a large tip for the woman who waited on us throughout our trips (she deserved it).

The menu otherwise needs serious updating and improvement. The "caesar salad" is romain lettuce with italian dressing and some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. I have waited 15 minutes in the evening for dinner before even being approached with menus. In the evening, it appears that the service is entirely oriented for room service, and is not set up very well for anyone who actually wants to eat in the restaurant.

The wait staff in the "bar" is very friendly and easy to talk to.

The gym and swimming pool are clean and well set up.

There are two computers available. One is still running Explorer 6 which is over ten years old and is no longer supported. It is extremely slow and hard to use. It slows down anyone who is attempting to use it.

This hotel is very clean. Beds are very soft and so comfortable. Staff at front desk is very nice and respond quickly. The shuttle service does take a while, we didn't bother waiting just drove ourselves around. The room isn't that big so if you have a big family I wouldn't recommend staying here. We had 4 people and it was just enough room. No sitting area or anything. We didn't eat in the hotel, a little pricy for the food they serve. We ended up having a pizza delivered to the hotel. Pool was great....there was a lifeguard on duty the whole time and he was very nice. All things considered, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is what one would expect from Courtyard. There is a mall with Niemen Marcus right next to the hotel, and I wished I had time to visit, but for those ladies, it would be good information. I thought the breakfast choices were quite limited for the price. Rooms are clean and big. Services is satisfactory.

A very average hotel. We stayed because we had a discount room while attending a function. Our room was directly over the kitchen area and overlooked the trash bin. The grounds around the trash area were, well, trashed. Seems like the hotel couldn't be bothered to make sure all the trash stayed in the bins. The towels were worn thin, and the sheets were average. The room was clean, but the noise of the fan/heater when turning on was very loud and woke us up frequently. Breakfast buffet was okay; nothing to write home about. Front desk staff were great, but we had little interaction with them.

In short, we stayed because of the room deal, and it was okay. If I had to do this on my own, however, I would look around for someplace else next time.

I stayed in this hotel because of work in the area and it was suitable for that - basic, clean accommodation with a handy shuttle bus. Facilities included pool, gym, free wi-fi and complimentary coffee in the lobby.

We stayed here while house hunting in the area and were very happy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for my toddler's air mattress plus a king sized bed, couch, dresser, and desk. The bed was extremely compfortable and the room temperature was great. My husband enjoyed the gym and we all enjoyed the pool and breakfast at Jakes. The bar area was great for an afternoon drink while watching the snow fall (surprise Nor'easter) and football games.

We'll have our friends stay here when they visit us in our new town.

Our first impression was not good: lobby is dark and uninviting, reception staff unfriendly! We had 2 rooms for 2 nights as rewards stay so perhaps this is the attitude for reward guests. The rooms were OK, not particularly nice. The location is convenient if you plan to shop at the Natick mall, just a block away.

Room Tip: Natick mall is a great shopping center. you can spend hours esp. when it is cold and rainy outside.
