“Falafel salad = awesome”

I was working in Natick Mall on business and have avoided the food court for a few days, assuming there would be nothing there for me. I am vegetarian and try to eat reasonably healthy and usually the food court offers mostly fast food. Wasn't I surprised to see this falafel stand with some great looking salads on sauces on their bar. I got the "Falafel Salad" which was pretty much a bed of lettuce with falafel on top - then you can pick and choose any sauce, condiment or small salad to go on top! It ended up being really delicious and healthy lunch.

Its really good place to get the real middle eastern food as the ethnicities same as back home. Fresh cooked, organic vegetables not as we usually see in the food court. Really amazing staff. Love there food, for my Christmas party i will be ordering catering from them great prices. Highly recommend to try

After a bad meal at the Chinese place I stopped here to cleanse my palate with some Falafel. Pretty good for mall Falafel (a guess, really, as I'd never had mall falafel before). Price is a bit high as it includes all sorts of veggies and sauces that aren't really needed. Service was friendly, portion was reasonable

I so wanted to like this new restaurant, but was most disappointed from the get go. I was not warmly greeted at the counter. The staff seemed to be not well trained and disorganized. I was the only customer at the counter and it took forever to get my lunch. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap. The chicken was not freshly cut and who knows how long it had been sitting in the case. Obvously the server was unaware how long it takes to properly heat up the chicken swarma, for it was served to me uike warm and the pita was cold too. I didn't find that the chickens had much taste. Maybe the restaurant was too new and still needed to train the staff to be more customer-friendly and be more organized and to figure out how to serve their customers hot food rather than lukewarm food. Maybe in another month I'll be willing to give this restaurant another try for maybe they've learned from their past mistakes.
