We've been having breakfast and lunch at Stella's for years and it never disappoints. If you're looking for simple home cooked standards like corned beef hash with dropped eggs, or a great turkey club, this is your place. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I was there last week for breakfast and had a tasty spinach and feta omelette, one of my favorites there. You get every option for breads/toasts, but I vote for the grilled English muffin. Decadent but crunchy! It's not a fancy place, but you will enjoy it!

This place has very basic fresh food. Always consistent and no hidden surprises. Your cup of coffee will never run dry. The staff are very friendly and the survive is very quick. A no nonsense place to eat get in and get out ....quick.

This conveniently located basic place with on street parking may be fine for breakfast, and many prior reviews mention that. I have only been here for lunch, once. The menu is unassuming and even unimaginative, so I tried the BLT. It was disappointing. The lettuce was tasteless iceberg, and the bacon the same. In fact, the only thing I could say had flavor was the mayonnaise! My waitress spent much of the time on a personal phone call, which was loudly audible from several booths away. There are many really good throwback diners in the greater Boston area. This is not one of them.

I've eaten breakfast here a number of times. It's like a blast from the past. The food is basic, the service is no nonsense. The prices are quite affordable. The only problem is that you feel as if you're on top of everyone else. They have one size fits all booths that wrap around the serving area. Don't go there with more than four people -- maybe five if two of you are tiny.
