Nothing fancy here - just real food nicely prepared.
Everything seems fresh - no frozen pub food served here. My husband likes the chicken quesadilla - which is a uniquely rolled concoction. The fish is always delicious - either the sandwich, fish tacos or specials. The pulled pork is good but too spicey for me. Short rib sandwich is also very good as well as the entree salads (twisted cobb especially).
If you're a couple I recommend sitting in the bar area as main dining room is very family friendly and loud. The bar has many beer choices but a limited wine menu and ok cocktails. I love the bouncing blueberries in the Wachusett blueberry ale!
This is a very busy place and they often have a prime time wait.

Always a nice experience when we go to Noon HIll for dinner. On this visit, we ordered the clam chowder. It was so delicious. A little pricey, but one bowl is more than enough for two people to share. The fish and chips were fantastic! The beer battered fish portion was a great size, served with crisp chips. The cole slaw was fresh and tasty. No room this visit for dessert; maybe next time. Always good food and good value.

This fun and casual restaurant is right on Main Street in Medfield. You can see the train tracks from the parking lot. There is a large bar and high-top tables in the front room and a larger dining room in the back of the building. It seems popular; there was already a wait list by 6 on a Friday night. The menu is very eclectic and ranges from BBQ options to Salmon and burgers. It would be hard to not find something for everyone. (They also have a sizeable kids menu.) It was almost hard to decide! I enjoyed a chicken pesto sandwich - it was amazing. The enormous piece of grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and brushed with fresh pesto. It was topped off with roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella and a homemade bun. It came with an option of regular or sweet potato fries. I chose the later and was not disappointed. My dining companion had a burger - quite large in size and looked amazing. I already want to go back and try out something else on their menu or maybe another pesto sandwich. Yum. The dessert menu looked very tempting even though we did not order anything at this visit. The service was friendly and consistent. They do have outdoor seating options when the weather cooperates. Take-out is also available.

We live on Cape Cod and are used to good fish. While visiting in Medfield, we decided to try take home fish and chips. They were surprisingly good, even after the delay getting home. Meals had a large piece of moist fish and great cole slaw.

Noon Hill Grill is consistently good. The menu has excellent variety and is constantly updated. The Parmesan crusted haddock and the salmon risotto are wonderful. Staff are pleasant and accommodating.
