If you want food that's on the same level as Chili's, service that feels like you're interrupting the staff's party, and a noisy barroom next to a noisy dining room, all at a price beyond the value, then you should be waiting for a table at this Applebee's wannabe. The floors look dirty, the bathrooms do too, and I've rarely been treated worse upon entering a restaurant for the first time. I think they go through 5 or 6 managers a year, which indicates it might not be just the dining experience that's subpar here.
