My wife and I wanted a quite night what a MISTAKE! they throw kids birthday parties there on some weekends, not a problem if you bring your kids, don't go for a quiet time. They over ran the pool/jacuzzi and were having a blast! running up and down the halls and using the elevator. I'm not talking 3-4 kids here, we are talking 20 or so, sleeping bags and all. Dinner was a joke, I couldn't hear my wife speaking so we had it delivered to the room. Had to turn the TV up as they were in the halls running around having fun till just after 9 which then someone probably spoke up and they quieted down. Breakfast cooked to order is good but we were surrounded of course by kids :) Have stayed there many times but this was a first so beware. A letter to the management yielded NO RESPONCE and no satisfaction. Plenty of other places to stay for $200

I have stayed here long-term for several months on business. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you and always have a smile for you. Being here on business I often eat room service and it is usually acceptable to very good. The breakfasts are great.

The rooms are fine and housekeeping is great, typical Embassy Suites decor. Fitness center is pretty terrible, but you have free access to a nice club a few miles away. Pool is nice.

The only bad things about any Embassy Suites when you are traveling for business is the families. Usually not a bad thing, but in this particular hotel they often have hockey and skating things close by, and when those are going on the hotel is jammed with very loud groups of kids. The parents tend to let the kids run wild and on several occasions I have had to go into the hallway at midnight and yell at the kids or ask their parents to please make them go into their rooms. They also like to knock and run- especially if you have a do not disturb sign out! The hotel is very good about trying to control this- but obviously they can't be everywhere at once. Other than that, it is a very good hotel.

Stayed at the Embassy on business and found the rooms, while small, clean and livable. There are two ends of the hotel, one with the courtyard another wing of rooms. My room was on the quieter side away from the courtyard. I was given a handicapped room without requesting one and I would have preferred a regular room until I realized the table in the room was too high to comfortably use my laptop. I used the handicap chair for the shower at the table and was able to use my laptop without a problem. The breakfast was fast and good (with the exception of the buffet eggs which appeared powdered) and the manager's reception included more than pretzels and chips - fruit and vegies along with a different hot hors-doevre each evening. Would definitely stay there again.
