We spent 4 nights here as part of a packaged tour of New England in the Fall anf found it to be adequate but nothing out of the ordinary.
The rooms were a reasonable size and we had plenty of hot water in a good shower. Breakfasts were an endurance test and we had to queue every morning for a table. It was impossible to get to the one toaster so I gave up. Staff were helpful at all times but the layout of the dining room is just daft!
A 5 minute walk away we found a Longhorn steak house - we had not been to one before - and we enjoyed delicious steaks and seafood there every night in a bustling jolly atmosphere. The members of our group who dined in the Best Western itself had mixed reviews of the food ranging from good to awful but we did not dine there ourselves.

Stayed here coming out of Boston to attend a biz conference at the hotel. Very easy to get to, directions on web site were perfect.

Easy parking. Food during conference was very good. Room was just OK. While clean it could certainly use some updating. Temperature control impossible to figure out. Wi-fi worked well.

Lots of construction going on @ front door and tough to get in and out. Good for business. Not sure I would stay unless really needed to for convenience.

I've stayed in the Royal Plaza hotel for a business trip. For that purpose, it was ok - the rooms are quite large and comfy, although the furniture is a bit old-fashioned. Rooms have been clean and this is what counts most!

The breakfast buffet was good, but without any (positive and negative) surprises. But I would not recommend taking dinner in the hotel restaurant - service was not too good there and the quality of the food does not justify its price. For lunch or dinner, a walk to the close shopping center with a couple of good restaurants is more recommendable.

In general, the hotel is a good choice for a business trip, but do not expect anything exciting there.

Clean room, comfy bed, free internet. The breakfast buffet was so so. The bar was fun. I liked the pool. The lobby was freezing cold. It was hard to take when we were trying to meet up with people. It is right off of 495 which I think was the best part. It didn't wow me but our stay there was fine.

Stayed here after a wedding in Northborough.
Room was clean, bed was comfy, atrium was pretty and the front desk person checking us in (older gentleman on the late night shift) was extremely friendly.

For $85+tax that's all I needed. Didn't get to use the pool or have breakfast there. Thanks!
