We ordered food last night (one sub, one pizza, one calzone, one 2 liter diet coke). We were quoted 50 minutes. The food arrived 20 minutes late and was COLD. Not even room temperature, but COLD. The sub had the wrong condiments on it. The driver forgot the diet coke until we asked. The driver didn't have change for our cash. The pizza wasn't good, and not just because it was cold. The calzone was alright, and the sub was COLD and like I said, made incorrectly. When we called back to ask what could be done, the manager was rude, and told us we could order and pay to have the order redone. He would not remake our food or refund us. We offered to return the cold food and they could send out fresh, correct , hot food for us, and the manager said "I've been doing this for over 30 years, I can't give you free food. I'll put on your account that you get a discount next time you call." Then he refused to tell us what the discount would be. We were not requesting free food, just edible food. What horrible service. Will never find out what the "unspecified discount" is, because will never call back to be treated like this again and waste money on inedible food.
