I HAD a reservation here. After dealing with the front desk customer service I decided to cancel and find another hotel. If w were that rude on the phone, I can't imagine how much worse it would be staying there.

Highly anticipated this visit because it's where I spent my honeymoon (had a great time!). Tried to go back to repeat the experience on my anniversary and they failed to mention that it was being remodeled and I got Extremely sick from epoxy paint fumes, and construction workers everywhere and loud noises.They down grated us to a smaller room, (had a Jacuzzi suit), then got stuck with the smell of cigarette smoke even thou it's a smoke free hotel. Our room was not cleaned properly! And when I asked to speak to a manager I was put off and treated very disrespectfully. I wrote repeated emails and was promptly ignored! Friends, I have much more to add but it all comes down to a Very Bad experience and Very Incompetent customer service. Please think twice before going there if it's in your plans!! VERY DISAPPOINTING! WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! I have photos but they are mostly of my being very sick.

Good afternoon, and happy holidays. I have reviewed your comments, and I am very sorry that your stay 11 months ago did not go as planned. The hotel did indeed go through a major rooms renovation, which was posted on all websites and reservation hubs. I will follow up to see where the ball may have been dropped in your case. Renovations are never easy, and I see that your stay also was during the pool update and re-painting. That painting product was strong I agree. Renovations are never easy, and one can never anticipate all of the disruptions that go along with it. The benefit is the end results and the magic that happens when it is finished. Now that said, I do wish to inform you and others that the hotel will embark on the second phase of the renovation which will include the lobby and public space as well as the Restaurant and outlets. That project is slated to begin this week, November 26, 2017 and I anticipate through April. Again I am sorry that your experience was not pleasant.

Located in a business park 5 minutes from route 95. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

Nice amenities near the front desk include complimentary coffee in the morning, chilled water throughout the day, and access to snacks and ice cream treats when you crave them, at a reasonable price.

Breakfast is not included with the room charge.

The hotels location is such a benefit for the Business park Travelers, and for others it is a hidden gem. I am very pleased you agree and that your experience is always a pleasant one. As one of the few Full Service Hotels in the area, breakfast is not included, but we offer Room Service and a full bar and Restaurant which is why we are considered a Full Service Hotel .

we attended a bridge tournament held at the hotel. the check in was easy and the front desk attendee was able to handle everything we requested. the lobby is spacious with lots of different levels and lots of seating. the room was large, third floor with a stand-up balcony, king bed, great bathroom. very clean. check out was a breeze. the tournament was held at the hotel. hundreds of people - in fact one weekday was a record. they were able to handle everything except the public toilets. they missed having a check every fifteen minutes and therefore were occasionally out of paper products. easily correctable. the hotel restaurant pikes peak is reviewed separately but was a pleasant surprise,

Room tip: third floor is top floor, get it. less noise

Have stayed several times and most recently for a 4 day convention. I can't say enough about the great service, the staff, the rooms and the food. Due to allergies, I always ask for allergy-free rooms and indeed the room was very clean and fragrance free! Check-in was a breeze, the morning breakfast very satisfying and the events well done. outstanding!!
