My wife and I stayed here for a week and to be honest we couldn't fault it. From the moment we checked in, 1.00 am after a long drive, to the moment we left, we were met by the most cheerful and helpful staff you could ever wish to meet in one place.
I won't mention names just in case I leave someone out, but they certainly take their customer services seriously, and nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was spacious and clean and well attended throughout the week, the gym and pool were well maintained too.
We settled for the buffet breakfast which was more than adequate and set us up for the day. I dined in Pikes bar/restaurant twice and found this to be a good option too.
Yeah, maybe it could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up but sure beauty is only skin deep, right ?
I doubt we will ever be back in Mansfield, but I just wish we could have staff like that in every hotel we visited.

How wonderful to read such a great review of the staff and hotel. I will share with you that the public area and restaurant is scheduled for a makeover, which will cover more than a fresh coat of paint. The menu has also just been updated, and is getting some additional positive reviews. Clean, low cost and easy access to 95. Stopped here for a night on my way back to NY and it was great. The front desk staff (Markell) was very friendly and helpful. He accommodated my request for a room with a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly come back if I'm in Mansfield again.

We stayed here for a family event we were attending in the area. I had redeemed a free night from my IHG credit card as the prices were high due to the Jimmy Buffet concert in the area.

The rooms were very nice as they were recently renovated. The front desk was really friendly when we checked in.

The only negative was the air conditioner was very loud when it was going.

Room tip: I liked 3rd floor rooms

Highlight was the beautiful indoor heated pool, just the right temperature and amid pretty landscaping. Frank Sinatra was even playing softly on the sound system. Heaven!
Great staff, experienced and friendly. Special thanks to George the bartender and John the breakfast waiter.
Room and bed very luxurious for the price. Definitely recommend.

Room tip: There are rooms available with balconies and chairs overlooking the atrium/pool.

Came here to stay for business purposes. They stuck a great deal for themselves with my company which was higher than their usual prices. so for people who think I am writing this review to get any freebies it wasn't even paid out of my pocket. I genuinely wish to let people know that this place is overrated. it is not as beautiful as it looks from management pictures. check out the traveler pictures.
The food in the restaurant is not good.
There was a very distinct smell inside the room and much worse outside in lobby area dining area etc. They said to my review that they are undergoing a construction so the smell, why not disclose it before hand like other decent hotels.
The hotel is dated and they are probably undergoing renovation in few rooms as they say but still not as good.
The restaurant food was bad. I ordered a Caesar salad and the veggies were not fresh.
The hotel back door was not locked , open to access without any hotel keys.

Room tip: avoid, if you have to . do not take rooms at the back end.

As I am always interested in feed back from our loyal customers within the business park, I was pleased to hear such a candid review. Yes we are still going through renovations and the area which you highlighted is next. The lobby and restaurant and public space is next in the project. We have finished the guest rooms, and parking lot. We are beginning to stage for the exterior painting. The restaurant has just had a complete menu up grade which rolled out last week. I know your company has paid for your stay during training, and respect your group very much. Thank you for your time, and allow me to apologize for your less the acceptable stay.
