The food is better than all other pizzerias in the area and hopefully will spur an overall improvement for Lynn's dining options. The place itself is clean and bright but weirdly designed with a narrow eating area and the counter in the rear. If you walk by the windows, you might not even realize they are open. Visibility is a problem IMHO.
The counter staff was nice and the wait time for the pizza was about 15 minutes. And the selections were refreshingly more upscale than the competition.
My praise of the food is toward its fresh ingredients which tasted great. The crust was meh! Also, the overall flavors of our pizza wasn't very "flavorful" despite fresh ingredients. Maybe more salt or herbs? I also feel they need more garlic overall.
The downside is their penchant to undercook the pizza leaving it not very crunchy or golden. Maybe 2 more minutes or so would get it to that point.
I'm happy to go again but at this point, take out only for lack of ambiance. And to support a much needed addition to the middle ground of food in Lynn which desperately needs more and better places to eat out.
