Description: The Scoop sweets cafe is in the heart of Lenox and has been in its location on Church Street since 2011. A specialty ice cream and candy shop, we make our own ice cream on the premises called Blondie's Homemade. We also offer coffee drinks made with No. 6 Depot coffee and daily fresh baked goodies. Flavors rotate seasonally, but there is always sweet creamy deliciousness to appeal for every customer's sweet urge. Closed for winter Nov-March.

The Scoop sells Gifford's and SOCO's ice cream but their own, named Blondie's, is much better--well-flavored, creamy and really perfect on a pleasant day. Interestingly the two scoop is a better deal, only $1 more than one scoop, so the incentive is deliciously strong to go for two. Pleasant seats on the porch of this spot tucked around the side of a different store.

We had 3 espressos and they were really fine. Great selection of home made ice creams. Very good prices and lovely service.

We walked through Lenox on a beautiful day before the summer crowds defended and found this shop. We loved sitting on the porch with our ice cream. The chocolate was incredible. The coffee wasn't very flavorful. The service was good and we all enjoyed the yummy break.

I'm not a huge ice cream fan, but this place is good. They make their own flavors on-site, and they change every couple of days. We didn't try the sorbet or fat-free froyo, but they have it too. I had something called Carmel Moose (vanilla ice cream with carmel ribbon and chocolate covered carmel cups....YUM), hubby had Black Rasberry. We both got kiddie-sized cones, which were big enough. Kids working there were very friendly and helpful and offered tastes of everything. If you like ice cream, go!

Not cheap, but in line with the area... Fantastic ice cream, unique flavors... (Malted double coffee won as my choice) that go great with a leisurely stroll around town. Servers were very pleasant. Fun place on a summer evening.
